Packing Items
For all our office moves we provide all of these packing items free of charge. We can also offer storage solutions for any furniture that may not be required in the new office.

If you don’t avail of our packing service, usually two days prior to the move we will deliver the office moving crates in order to give you and your staff time to get packed. Usually everybody packs their own desk and two or three crates should be sufficient per desk.

New Office Plan
It is always a good idea to have a new office plan in place. This is a simple drawing of the new office with an easy to understand layout of where your office furniture and equipment is to be placed.

At this point it is important to clearly label all the moving crates, office desks, office chairs, pedestal cabinets, bins etc.…the labels should all correspond with the new office plan.

Dis-assembling Furniture
During the move we may need to dis-assemble large furniture in order to get it through door ways and into elevators, and we reassemble all furniture in your new office back to its original form and position it according to the office plan.

Large Office Equipment
We use specialised lifting equipment for large office equipment such as Xerox machines, heavy filing cabinets and servers.

Insurance
All of our office moves include insurance for goods in transit, our staff are fully insured and we also carry public liability insurance.

New Service
We are now offering a new office removals service.

One of the important considerations for any office moves is how to properly dela with information and documents that are no longer needed but need to be disposed of securely.

We will have all of your company computers wiped clean of information to a professional standard ensuring that there is no information left behind on them.

We will also take care of an document shredding that you may require for confidential information.
